PC Repair and Upgrades

We can repair most desktop pc's and laptops including worn out hard drives, broken laptop keyboards and some screens, PC and Laptop upgrades can improve memory, cpu's and dekstop graphic cards. instead of buying a complete new pc we can just upgrade the motherboard, cpu and memory utilizing, your exisiting case, dvd drive and hard drive thus, saving the cost of a brand new system but effectivly acting like a new system and bringing it up to date.

Network Installation and Network Security

A computer network is the next step up from an office of stand-a-lone pc's. A computer network allows files, printing and internet access to be shared accross multiple pc's saving time from copying files to other machines via USB Stick or CD media. A network can be as simple or as complicated as needed and can be used with a server (see below) for increased file storage, backup reliability and security.

We use mostly DELL servers as we have an excellent proven track record using them, our servers are recommended along with Microsoft's Windows Small Business Server 2008 offering an excellent small business solution. Remote Workplace / VPN

Remote Workplace / VPN allows you to work from home or in fact work from anywhere that has an active broadband internet connection. You can access files, emails, calendars and the such all without going into your workplace. Unlike some of the ads on TV you dont need to subscribe to a service, all you need is a either a Windows based server with terminal services enabled or a desktop pc based on XP Pro or, Vista/Windows 7 Business or Ultimate edition.

Virus and Spyware Prevention

Viruses and Spyware ARE on the increase. To prevent against infection JT4ITSupport will install AVAST! Antivirus Solution. It is a tried and tested solution and we deploy it throughout a wide customer base, Avast Antivirus is available in both client and server/client editions with a home version being free.
